SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, weekends, periods of high demand, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Area and Cost

DakuStore currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders generally arrive within 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of the shipping carrier, weather, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may require a few days to update after the order ships.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at riguetbel78@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. DakuStore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed or tracking shows that it was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around the delivery location, ask other members of your household, and contact the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
