Welcome to DakuStore. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DakuStore. We operate this online store and website to provide customers with products, information, tools, and related services.
DakuStore is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we send an order confirmation. Please review your information carefully before submitting an order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable taxes, customs charges, or other government fees. Any charges that apply will be shown during checkout when possible.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment partners. DakuStore does not directly store complete credit card information.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs processing, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, cancellations, and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

DakuStore is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that allows us to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and DakuStore. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for our products, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, injuries, losses, or damages arising from a purchase from DakuStore.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process information to operate payments, checkout, shipping, fraud prevention, and other store functions.
